Be. I'll be getting them at my new place. You need to be on an LLU-enabled IIRC exchange though.

i'll be applying for BE broadband in the next few days.. its by far the best value for money that i've come across recently.
the only feasible competition i've found is o2 broadband, but there was something there that put me off.
but then the competition between the two is kinda null and void, because o2 owns be.

You can get £40 for signing up for Be at www.quidco.com.

that is seriously awesome.. I wish I had a flat to sign up right now.. I'll be moving flats next week so maybe I'll actually shutdown my current account and open a new one.. or open a new one and ask them to merge it into my old one.. hmm it'll take some thinking..cocodude wrote:You can get £40 for signing up for Be at www.quidco.com.
my corporate flat didn't have a bt line either.. no setup cost.. I even got the 24 GBP usual setup charge waivered as well a month free by using my home connection's referralk28 wrote:garr. my house doesnt have a bt line, so it'll cost £125 to set up.
virgin media it is then.

I would give them a call.. or do you mean that you don't have a telephone number at all?
we have no telephone number... theres no physical connection between our house and the telephone exchange.echelon wrote:my corporate flat didn't have a bt line either.. no setup cost.. but virgin media seems pretty good value.. 10mbit for £20 per month. bear in mind that you dont need a bt line for it (which would cost £10.50 per month) , and it's almost competitive.
