yeah but that goes even for corporate providers.. I currently bypass my corporate "preferred supplier" and use another provider instead that is cheaper and better.. the key is that I have the option to choose.. ITS has a monopoly. People should get the option to not pay for the connectivity and then ppl could either not have it (use library etc) or get a mobile connection.
