OK, so some time ago I was trying to help this person search. Nothing was working. IP was correct, no firewalls or even antiviruses. Wasn't even working in passive mode and I have to admit I was stumped, so I had to just leave it, say stay in passive mode etc. So, with the background story set, I leave you....
