I was trying to upload my avatar for this forum but it says 'The avatar filetype must be .jpg, .gif or .png' despite the fact that it is in fact a png. Is this due to some kind of pngism or something?

I've saves it as a png in both Photoshop and Krita and it's not accepting either. It's not a big problem but has anyone else had the same thing?

if its such a problem why not just change it into a jpg or gif??? I have my avatar as a gif and is visible it works fine.. I dont reckon I've got "special" powers unless the board simply decided to fear my account cus of the "echelon scare" lol..
