twofo summer camp 2007 - report
Well, the twofo Summer Camp 2007 is now over and even though the weather was generally very poor, I think it's far to say a good time was had by all! We went to a campsite at Great Langdale in the Lake District for about 9 days last week. Highlights of the holiday were:
- None of our tents collapsing under gale force winds;
- Successfully climbing to the highest point in England, Scafell Pike;
- Doing some random cliff face climbing;
- Loads and loads of silliness concerning Harry Potter's wang;
- Getting flooded and moving site;
- Laughing at others trying to pitch their tents or tow caravans up 30% inclines;
- Good food and drink at pubs; and
- The beautiful scenery.
