twofo represents the state of online discussion and filesharing for students at the University of Warwick. At present, it consists of a Direct Connect ('DC++') hub which is situated off campus, allowing us to discuss stuff. There is unlikely to be an on campus alternative anytime in the future, however anybody from campus is free to connect. Please see the links below for more information.

Planned downtime due to server move
Date: Tuesday 11th August 2009
Time: 22:00 BST (GMT + 01:00)
Duration: Up to 7 hours
The physical server that twofo is hosted on (Emohawk) will be moved to a new hosting facility provided by the underlying ISP. The move will occur during a window between 10pm on the Tuesday and 5am on the Wednesday. The twofo hub, website and mail services will not be available during this window. Unfortunately, this will reset our to be uptime of 96 days!
