Yes you are wrong!

ITS conveniently ignored the fact that many of the people who used p2p programs would then share whatever they aquired with everyone else inside the resnet.

I don't really see why they mentioned DC++ in that statement since it's not that great for getting things outside of a 100Mbit LAN, bittorrent would use up more bandwidth.

It just sounds like a warning that they will be enforcing the AUP more actively.

OK, so it's fine to use oDC then

or fulDC++, or bcdc++, or zDC++, or DCGUY, or whichever other client version u wanna use
