I will soon have a makeshift solution that will be able to be used on Campus. Pseudo-decentralized; one thing - I know everyone wants a search function, but would be a pain in the arse to do one (can be done), but if not essential, will release without.
Again - not sure if it will work with externals, but can always try, no?
