Problems with Stunnel

Hi,
I am on campus and I cannot get Stunnel to install. I have downloaded it form this website. When I click on the stunnel exe file I get a message saying: "The Ordinal 3238 could not be located in the dynanic link library LIBEAY32.dll" What am I doing wrong?
I get this message in the log:
