actually my ISP was acting up last nite as well.. my 2Mbit was suddenly functioning at max 700kbps.. so I guess not only ITS have crappy connections.. it cleared up after "peak time" and I was back to normal more reliable speeds.. but just thought I'd remind u that normal ISPs can be crap as well..
