Slow Resnet - Contact ITS

It seems like a few people, including myself, have been experiencing extremely slow speeds over ResNet (for both internal and external operations). I just wanted to request that anyone who is experiencing this problem please contact ITS (email can be found on the ITS website) to let them know that these are not isolated incidents and to give them some idea of the areas being effected (should help them identify cause).

From what I have heard it seems to be mainly Heronbank and possibly Claycroft that are worst hit, and the problem seems to be worse at peak times (suggesting a bottleneck of some sorts).

If you have any other info please share.

It has happened before due to switches failing in between certain blocks on campus and the rest of the network, but yes, the more people moan about it the more likely they are to pull their collective fingers out and get something done.
