I will soon have a makeshift solution that will be able to be used on Campus. Pseudo-decentralized; one thing - I know everyone wants a search function, but would be a pain in the arse to do one (can be done), but if not essential, will release without.
Again - not sure if it will work with externals, but can always try, no?

ps. anyone know what ports are available to access from outside in on the IPs we get from ResNet?
