Damn traffic shaper

I'm certain its blocking me now. internet access is fine, untill I attemp to use DC or torrenting clients, then the internet is cut off completely untill I reboot. I've tryed using the socks 5 IP I used last term to get in but no luck. any suggestions or am I locked out completely untill the traffic shaper blows up again?

from what I can see, they haven't blocked DC as of yet. There are still loads of people on campus still on twofo. No idea what's going on with your connection Spooky :?
