I have been finding internet performance excellent this week, its never been this good. I get occassional slowdowns but nothing compared to what used to happen. The reduction in P2P traffic must have reduced my ping ten-fold and its a lot more consistent.

As long as you have a connection outside the campus you just have to setup the tunneling server there and use a password. Connect to it using either port 80, 25? o...
