tracert a good way to see network bottlenecks?
I was just messing around when I came across tracert in the Windows Command prompt .... and I realised...that there is a lag most probably internal on our network...from resnet... more specifically the ip...192.146.136.190 So the question is...is tracert the right way to look for bottlenecks? Zizzi

HI guys, I am in a bit of a problem....my Windows is fucked...and it happened coz (i think) i changed something in the registry.
