It's basicaly DC++ thats been blocked on campus (for a lot of areas if not all) internet is fine (well as ITS standards go anyway)

im on campus and can connect using the method subscribed above.

but if they unofficialy dont mind too much they would only send it to the top offenders, but still in the email say no p2p is allowed etc. just gives u more warning before your net is cut off.

I heard this today, which kinda makes sense but could be complete BS... Basically ITS are separate to Warwick Uni. Warwick Uni don't want any file sharing etc going on due to legal reasons.
