I've saves it as a png in both Photoshop and Krita and it's not accepting either. It's not a big problem but has anyone else had the same thing?

I was trying to upload my avatar for this forum but it says 'The avatar filetype must be .jpg, .gif or .png' despite the fact that it is in fact a png. Is this due to some kind of pngism or something?

It's crazy. I've been searching and so far I've found four websites I can connect to. Fortunately one of them is this one so I can bitch about it but the strange thing is that the ones which do work, load very quickly.

This evening the internet is the worst it's been in a while for me. Practically no sites are loading. Even google.com and the warwick.ac.uk intranet site aren't working. It's ridiculous how they can continuously supply a service like this and get away with it.
